ample spacewell kept facilityfriendly staff
the room had ample space and felt fresh. I found the facility well kept. all staff were friendly and accommodating.
the window in my room was quite small, which affected ventilation slightly.

the suhoor service offered abundant choices. the breakfast was amazing with plenty of options, too. i found the dining area clean and well-organized.

the proximity to the masjid proved convenient, and i appreciated the ease of access. the hotel offered good access to Al Salam gate and was very close to Al Rawda. also the hotel location is within walking distance to all shops

i was kinda moved to le bosphorus hotel. the room was very clean with plenty of space. i was also very surprised by the level of hospitality , it was really good.

the room was clean and well maintained. facilities inside were great.
The reception staff seemed rude. when i arrived early, i asked for an exception. The staff didn't even try to listen. i was informed to wait and had to sleep at reception.
