I received an upgrade to a room at The Bosphorus Hotel due to maintenance at this hotel. The staff displayed friendliness and cheerfulness at all times. The room felt immaculate. the bathroom provided really good cleanliness.

the staff was helpful and attentive. the location was very convenient with the mosque within walking distance, so i got to attend prayers easily. my room was always clean with fresh towels each day. i also appreciated the complimentary upgrade i received upon arrival.
the limited water supply was not ideal and i had to request additional bottles.

the room was clean and well maintained. facilities inside were great.
The reception staff seemed rude. when i arrived early, i asked for an exception. The staff didn't even try to listen. i was informed to wait and had to sleep at reception.
